Unfulfilled order

Unfortunately I made a purchase with this company over 10 days ago now and although the delivery company states the order has been delivered, I have failed to receive anything from this company and despite making contact with this company several times I have yet failed to receive any response. It is unfortunate as I was looking forward to trying some of the products I purchased.
