Our working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and we have a 1-5 dispatch policy. Orders sent via our standard services cannot be tracked to their location, we can only see notification of delivery once passed over to you. If you have chosen one of our tracked services, you should have an email stating your items have been dispatched with your Royal Mail tracking number where you can check its locations. If your order has not arrived by 14 working days (UK) or 30 working days (Rest of the World) please get in touch with us!

Yes! We have a custom branding service available with a low minimum order quantity (MOQ).You can hop over to the custom branding section, pick your products and get the link to our Canva template to start designing your very own label! We can help too, of course, if you are stuck - just pop us an email!

Yes! Each of our cosmetic products have been safety tested in the UK and certified with a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) for each formula. All ingredients are sourced from the UK and are all cruelty free!

Yes! We allow our customers to purchase our hand and nail care products for resale in their shops, salons, and online stores. Each product has it's own RRP (usually listed in the product description) but this is only a recommendation. You can purchase our products in wholesale / retail bundles which allows bulk purchasing and reduced cost per unit = more profit!

Our RRP (Recommended Retail Price) to customers and clients is £5.50. Please bear in mind this is just recommended, you can choose to sell above or below this within reason.
